What does the Whiteboard Marker Duster Ink Kit include?

A bottle of whiteboard marker ink and a whiteboard duster (eraser) are the two main items included in this kit. The ink is used to refill your whiteboard markers when they begin to run low, and the duster is used to remove writing from the whiteboard. In essence, it is a small set that facilitates writing on your whiteboard (by keeping markers stocked) and erasing. (Note: Unless otherwise noted, markers may not be included; therefore, you will need to use your current markers with this kit.)

How do I use the ink in this kit?

Your whiteboard markers can be refilled with the ink. Open your dry-erase marker to begin using it (different markers open differently, usually by unscrewing the back cap). Next, carefully pour a few drops of the bottle's ink into the marker's ink reservoir. After that, reassemble the marker and allow it to rest tip-down for a minute to allow the ink to reach the tip. Your marker should then write like new once more.

Does the duster erase marker ink easily from the board?

Indeed, the included duster (eraser) is composed of a gentle, wiping substance that makes it simple to remove whiteboard marker ink. Using this duster to wipe off writing on a whiteboard eliminates the need for vigorous cleaning. This type of rubber is similar to those used in meeting rooms and classrooms; simply swipe it over your writing to remove the ink. You only need this duster to clean the board on a daily basis; no sprays or liquids are required.

Do I need any special cleaner to remove the writing, or is the duster enough?

The duster is sufficient to remove the writing from a whiteboard when it is used regularly. Your markers' ink is dry-erase ink, which can be removed with a dry cloth or rubber. You may occasionally use a whiteboard cleaning spray or simply a moist cloth soaked in rubbing alcohol to refresh the board if a small amount of stain or "ghost writing" remains on it over time (which can happen after numerous uses). However, the duster included in this kit does the cleaning on its own for daily use.

Is the duster durable and can it be cleaned or reused for a long time?

Indeed. The duster is designed to be used repeatedly. Its surface, which resembles felt or a sponge, collects the ink from the board. It can be used for numerous cycles of writing and erasing. You can clap it out (tap it over a trash can to remove ink dust) or even wipe it with a moist cloth to clean it if the ink gets really dirty over time. It is made to last in your office or classroom for a very long time before needing to be replaced.
